摘  要:目的:分析我院下吸道感染G-杆菌的菌群分布和耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:对我院2006~2008年呼吸内科病房下呼吸道感染G-杆菌患者送检的痰标本进行致病菌培养鉴定,按K-B琼脂扩散法进行常规药敏试验。结果:共分离G-杆菌1287株,铜绿假单胞菌307株(23.9%)居首位,大肠埃希菌271(21.1%)次之,肺炎克雷伯菌218株(16.9%)。铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟较为敏感,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种抗生素的耐药率均较高。结论:下呼吸道感染G-杆菌的耐药性日益严重,应加强监测,有利于临床有效使用抗生素。Objective: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of G- bacteria from lower respiratory tract in our hospital,and to give the reliable foundation for rational use of antibiotics in clinical treatment. Methods: We cultivated and identified the pathogens isolated from the sputum samples from patients with lower respiratory tract infection with G- bacteria in wards of respiratory diseases from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital. Antimicrobial susceptibility was tested by Kirby-Bane method. Results:A total of 1 287 strains of G-bacteria were isolated, which were Pseudomonas aeruginosa 307 strains (23.9%),E.coli 271 strains (21.1%),Klebsiella 218 strains (16.9%)in sequence,Imipenem,Meraopenem,Cefoperazone/Sulbaetam,Cefpine showed a very good antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Stenotrophomonas mal- tophiliam was resistant to almost all the clinical antibiotics.Conclusion:The drug resistance of G- bacteria from lower respiratory tract is serious insreasely.It is important and urgent to carry out surveillance of bacterial resistance for appropriate using of antibiotics effectively.
