摘 要:目的建立银杏叶中特征性成分总黄酮醇苷的快速含量分析方法,比较不同的采集地总黄酮醇苷含量差异。方法采用Alltima C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6×150mm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50∶50);检测波长为360nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为30℃。结果Q在0.06~0.60μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);K在0.06~0.06μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);I在0.04~0.40μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为97.6%(n=6),RSD为1.22%,银杏总黄酮醇苷的含量为0.4857%~0.8869%。结论不同产地银杏叶中总黄酮醇苷含量差异较大,该方法准确、简便,重现性好,为银杏叶质量评价提供简便快捷的方法。Objective To establish the rapid analysis methods of characteristic components of flavonol glycoside conten in Ginkgo biloba, comparing the difference content of total flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo biloba collecting from different places. Methods An Alltima C18 column (51μm, 4.6 × 150mm) was used the mobile phase of methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid (50 : 50); with 1.0mL/min of flow rate, detecting wavelength was 360nm; and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of Q was good within the range of 0.06-0.60μg (r = 0.9998); and the of K was good with in the range of 0.06-0.06μg (r = 0.9998); and that of I was good with in the range of 0.04-0.40μg (r = 0.9999); The average recovery rate was 97.6% (n = 6), RSD 1.22%, the content of total Ginkgo flavonol glycosides was 0.,4857%-0.8869%. Conclusion The content of total flavonol glycoside in Ginkgo biloba collecting from different places is different, the method is accurate, simple and good reproducibility for the quality evaluation of Ginkgo biloba to provide an easy and fasttrack method.
