摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法对102例异位妊娠患者行保守治疗,先口服米非司酮(RU486)150mg/d,1次/d,共3d,3～4d后以甲MTX 50mg/m2肌内注射。结果102例患者中经保守治疗成功93例,成功率91.09%;失败9例,失败率8.82%。结论米非司酮联合MTX治疗异位妊娠效果肯定,适应证的选择及方法的应用是影响成功率的主要因素,严密动态观察病情及时正确的处理是病员安危的保障。Objective To explore the effects of mifepristone united methotrexate on treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods In 102 cases of ectopie pregnancy patients under conservative treatment, Mifepristone （RU486） is taken orally in amount of 150mg with frequency of once a day for three consecutive days, followed by intramuscular injection of methotrexate （MTX） in 50mg/m^2. Results 102 cases of patients with 93 cases of successful conservative treatment, making the success rate 91.09%; nine cases failed, making the failure rate 8.82%. Conclusion The effects of mifepristone united methotrexate on treating ectopic pregnancy are affirmative, with the choice of indications and application of methods being the main factors that affect the successful rate. Therefore, maintaining close and dynamic observation of the patients＇ condition with timely and correct treatment would ensure patients＇ safety
