肋骨接骨板内固定术、肋骨固定钉内固定术与传统保守疗法在多发性肋骨骨折中的治疗比较

摘　　要：目的对多发性肋骨骨折的治疗方法进行比较。方法在92例多发性肋骨骨折患者中25例采用肋骨固定钉肋骨内固定术,31例采用爪型肋骨接骨板肋骨内固定术,36例采取保守治疗。结果肋骨固定钉肋骨内固定术及爪型肋骨接骨板肋骨内固定术患者住院时间明显缩短,疼痛缓解迅速,肋骨骨折及胸廓塌陷畸形矫正满意。结论多发性肋骨骨折采用内固定手术治疗,可以明显减轻疼痛,缩短住院时间肋骨固定钉内固定术与爪型肋骨接骨板内固定术均是简便有效的治疗方法。Objective To value the results of internal fixation of multiple rib fracture. Methods Among 92 cases of multiple rib fracture, 25 cases were managed by internal fixation of ribs with absorbable poly-L-lactide rib-connecting pins. 31 eases were managed by internal fixation of ribs with plates for rib fracture, the others were managed by expectant treatments. Results Compared with the 92 patients, the length of patient stay who with the internal fixation was magnificent lower. And the pain of the patients with the operation decreased too. After the internal fixation, flail chest wall were stabilized and severe chest wall deformity were almost retrieved. Conclusion Severe collapsed chest wall caused by multiple fractured ribs should be treated by internal fixation, and internal fixation of some fractured ribs with plates for rib fracture and absorbable poly-L-lactide rib-connecting pins are simple and effective methods.
