摘　　要：目的通过对上海市彭浦新村街道社区卫生服务中心所辖6个全科团队现有的卫生资源与服务功能进行研究,了解社区全科团队服务管理模式、服务效能和对居民健康服务需求的影响。方法通过问卷调查、定性访谈和观察法等定量与定性结合的方法,分析6个全科团队的服务模式、运行现况和服务效能。结果6个全科团队人员素质较好,提供综合卫生服务,服务内容基本能满足居民健康需求,但医务人员工作负荷较大。结论社区全科团队的建立,可为居民健康提供全方位的功能服务,解决部分居民就医难的问题。OBJECTIVE By studying the health resource and service functions of six community general practitioner teams in Pengpu community service center, Shanghai, to understand the service mode and efficiency and the influence on the community health service demands. METHODS To analyze the service mode, conditions and efficiency of six community general practitioner teams by questionnaire investigation, qualitative interview and observation. RESULTS The six community general practitioner teams possess the personnel quality of providing the comprehensive services. The team function can meet the health demand of community, while the working load is heavy. CONCLUSIONS The setting up of general practitioners team can provide the comprehensive health service to community, relieve the tension of seeking treatment in some degree.
