摘 要:利用双螺杆熔融接枝反应制备聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(SEBS—g—MAH).考察各种因素对接枝的影响。研究表明。当MAH的加入量从0.8份增加到1.2份时,接枝率从0.60%增加到0.85%;随着SEBS相对分子质量的增大,反应接枝率逐步降低;对双叔丁过氧异丙苯(BIBP)的用量为0.10~0.12份时,有利于接枝产品综合性能的控制;共聚聚丙烯(CO—PP)的加入能改善产品的加工流动性。SEBS-g-MAH was prepared through melt grafting reaction by twin-screw extruder and factors influencing on grafting were investigated. The result showed that the graft rate increased from 0.60% to 0.85% when the amount of MAH increased from 0.8phr to 1.2 phr. The reaction graft rate gradually dropped with the increase of SEBS molecular weight. The content of BIBP should be con- trolled within the range of 0.10 to 0.12 as to control the comprehensive performances of the product. The addition of CO-PP can improve the processing flow of the product.
