骶尾部潜毛窦炎16例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨骶尾部潜毛窦炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾分析近5年收治的16例骶尾部潜毛窦炎患者的临床资料。结果：16例患者均反复发生骶尾部感染，经手术治疗，术后病理报告为异物性肉芽肿，随访时间半年～2年，均无复发。结论：骶尾部潜毛窦炎容易误诊，手术切除是主要治疗手段。I期缝合可缩短愈合时间，但要选择适应证。Objective： To study the diagnosis and therapy of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus. Methods： The clinical data of 16 patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus in recent 5 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The 16 patients with recurrent sacrococcygeal infection were carried out surgical treatment. The postoperative pathology reports were foreign body granuloma and no recurrence showed by following up for half to two years. Conclusion： The complete resection is main treatment means because saerocoecygeal pilonidal sinus is easy misdiagnosed. Primary suture may shorten the wound healing time but the indications should be chosen carefully.
