摘 要:为解决冷却塔配水系统布水不均匀的问题,对冷却塔管式配水系统的构成、特点进行研究,分析各部件及管系的阻力特性,结合Bernoulli方程和Gardel方程,建立配水系统动、静压转换和每个喷头前的配水压力计算公式,实现每个喷头的流量计算.为实现配水均匀,通过控制最大流量喷头与最小流量喷头的流量差,提出冷却塔均匀配水的计算模型.据此可按要求的流量差进行配水系统的设计与计算,为冷却塔实现配水均匀提供了可靠的计算方法,经多个工程实践验证该方法计算结果与工程实际吻合.To solve the problem about water non-uniform distribution of water-supplying system in cooling towers, friction characteristics of components and pipe-systems were studied, and conversion formulas between dynamic pressure, static pressure and distributed pressure of each nozzle were deduced according to the Bernoulli's Equation and Gardel's Equation. To achieve the uniform distribution of cooling water, computational models based on controlling of flow difference between the maximum and minimum nozzle flows were founded, and reliable computational methods used to design and calculate the distribution systems were proposed according to the required flow difference. The computational methods show good effect for actual projects applications.
