TF缝合线与PDS缝合线性能对比研究——关于力学性能和动物缝合使用性能

摘　　要：研制聚对二氧环己酮医用可吸收缝合线（简称ＴＦ缝合线），测其力学性能，进行动物缝合和病理观察，并与美国ＰＤＳ可吸收缝合线（简称ＰＤＳ缝合线）进行了比较．结果表明，打结强度符合美国药典第２２版有关规定的指标要求，缝合线炎症反应比较轻，符合临床应用的需要．从使用性能和愈合效果上看，ＴＦ缝合线完全达到了美国ＰＤＳ可吸收缝合线的水平．When the polydioxanon absorbable suture (abbreviated to TF suture )was being worked at,its mechanical properties of the suture were measured, the sewing up tests on animals as well as the pathological observation were performed, and the results were compared with those of the American PDS suture. The results demonstrate that the knotting strength of TF suture accords with the index demands of the 22nd veresion of American pharmacopoeia, and the inflammatory reaction is not serious and can meet the clinical demands.
