摘　　要：目的:设计一套系统,用于实现移动X线机的遥控曝光。方法:使用市面上成熟的汽车防盗遥控装置,对我院在用一款移动X线机进行融合、改造。结果:所设计的系统,遥控距离50m,可以隔墙遥控,操作简单,达到了预定要求。结论:该遥控曝光系统具有防震、防尘、防潮等特点,性能稳定,非常适合移动X线机经常转移工作环境的特点,并且很好地解决了X线机操作人员的辐射防护问题。我院改造后试用效果良好,同时由于应用了模块化的设计理念,便于移植到其他移动和无隔离防护的普通X线机。Objective：To design a system for implementation of mobile X-ray machine of the remote control. Methods：The sophisticated market of car alarm remote control device was used to carry out the integration and transformation with a mobile X-ray machine. Results：The control distance of 50 meters. One can system had been designed to have remote partition the remote control of simple operation to reach a pre-determined requirement. Conclusion：The remote control system is stable enough to fight a^ainst earthquake exposure, dust, moisture and has performance stability. It is very suitable for mobile X-ray machine. The effect of transformation is very good on probation in our hospital.
