摘　　要：高校医学期刊多数面临经费不足、发行单一的困难,如何适应新时代发展,在竞争中求生存,多元化办刊成为必然.栏目创新、拓宽发行渠道、广告增收及承办会议是积极举措.Most medical journals in colleges and universities are facing some problem such as lack of funds, the form of a single issuing, etc. How to adapt to a new age of development？ In order to survive in a competitive, the pluralistic construction of Journals journal comes into inevitable.
