摘　　要：为解决企业因市场需求发生变动而产生的库存积压或库存短缺等问题,以多零售商组成的竞争系统为研究对象,提出了一种综合应用马尔科夫链和(S,s)存储策略的库存优化控制模型,深入研究了市场竞争模式下需求量的动态转移过程,并对零售商的最优库存策略进行了探讨,为企业有效地控制需求误差、完善库存管理提供了决策支持。In order to solve the problems of overstock or stock shortage which results from the change of market demand, it proposes an optimization inventory control model. In the improved model, it uses the （S, s） inventory strategy and Markov chain to analyze the dynamic transfer process of demand. This model works on a competitive system which composed of many retailers, and studies in - depth the optimal inventory strategy of retailers. The optimization result shows that the method can reduce the demand error effectively and improve the inventory management.
