并捻机退绕方式的改进与分析

摘　　要：就并捻机的退绕方式进行改进与设计。用随机过程理论及方差分析法对单丝张力进行了测试分析。实验表明改进后各单丝张力分布相同，解决了原并捻机易产生宽急股等病疵的问题，改善了并捻机的工艺性能，尤其对轻薄织物的经向并丝具有一定的实用价值。Describes the improvement and design of withdrawing mode on doubling and hosting machine, with single yam tensiontested and analysed by stochastic process theory and square deviation. The experiment shows that the improved mode bringsabout uniform distribution of single yam tension, and better processahility, thus eliminating such defeCts as tight and looseply yarns pronely arising from the former machine. The redesigned mode is especially practical for doubling doubling yams oflight fabrics.
