摘　　要：机能实验室是医药院校开展教学、科研的重要基地,实行开放式管理,充分利用现有师资、仪器设备、环境条件等资源,培养学生的动手能力和创新实践能力,推动学生素质教育的深入开展,有助于提高机能学实验教学水平,提高医学生的实践技能和创新能力,是一种值得推广的新的实验教学模式。Laboratory of medical functional science is an important base of medical colleges where teaching and research are conducted. Its open management, which makes full use of the existing resources such as teachers, instrumants and equipment and conditions, plays an important role in developing students＇ operational ability and creative practical ability so as to develop students＇ quality-oriented education. It can also raise the teaching level of experiments of medical functional science, improve medical students＇ practice ability and creativity. Therefore, it is a kind of new experiment teaching mode which deserves wide application.
