摘　　要：目的评价可吸收螺钉在股骨髁部骨折中临床应用效果。方法采用超高分子聚-DL-乳酸(PDLLA)自膨胀可吸收螺钉治疗股骨髁部骨折19例,根据Muller分型:其中B1型9例,B2型6例,B3型4例。定期随访,观察骨折愈合及关节功能情况。结果术后患者随访10～19个月,平均13个月,无非特异性炎症反应表现;全部骨折无移位,均愈合良好;Karlstrom评定标准评估其功能,优7例,良10例,可1例,差1例。优良率89.47%。结论PDLLA自膨胀可吸收螺钉是股骨髁部骨折理想的内固定物,生物相容性好,无需二次手术,疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the effect of absorbable screws for femoral condylar fractures. Methods 19 cases of femoral condylar fractures were treated with PDLLA expanding absorbable screws,of which 9 were B1 fractures,6 were B2 fractures and 4 were B3 fractures according to Muller classification.The fracture healing and joint function were assessed in the regular follow-up.Results After 10~19 months follow-up,the function recovery was evaluated according to Karlstrom scoring system,and the results were excellent in 7 cases,good in 10, fair in 1 and poor in 1.The excellent and good rate was 89.47% .Conclusions PDLLA expanding absorbable screw is ideal for the femoral condylar fractures, for it has a definite effect of fixation without harmful side effects on fracture healing or human body,and the biocompatibility is good,which can spare the patients a second surgery to remove the implants.
