摘　　要：创新文化建设应充分整合与优化各种文化资源以促进创新,并在一定领域内建立一个以创新为核心的文化圈。创新文化应是继承与发展的统一,既要继承和发扬有利于创新的传统文化,同时保持创新文化的交流与开放。我国创新文化的建设必须从弘扬人的首创精神、激发人的创造热情、营造有利于人创新的氛围等三个向度进行。The construction of innovative culturae should fully integrate and optimize various cultural resources in order to promote innovation. In certain areas it should establish a cultural circle which take innovation as the core. Innovative culture should be unification of the inheritance and development, which must inherit and carry forward what is conducive to innovation of traditional culture and simultaneously maintains the exchange and opening of the innovative culture. The innovative cultural construction of our country must be carried on from three dimensions： to bring honor to one＇s pioneering spirit, to stimulate aperson＇s creative enthusiasm and to create a conducive atmosphere for one＇s creative and so on.
