摘　　要：作为社会的一个特殊群体,罪错青少年接受来自司法部门、社区服务站等方面的矫正与帮助,也承受着来自社会的压力。有效的社区矫正首先在于与矫正对象建立良好的信任关系,真诚地尊重和接纳矫正对象。而良好关系的建立及矫正的成效有赖于一系列具体技术的应用,主要包括倾听与询问技术、无条件积极关注技术及合理共情等。Delinquent juvenile, a special social group, is corrected and helped by judicial departments and community service stations, and is subject to societal pressures. The view that successful community correction consists in a trustworthy relation ship between consultants and subjects is put forward in this paper. In addition, subjects should be respected and sincerely accepted on the part of consultants. The realization of a satisfactory relationship and effective correction depends on a series of concrete skills, including attentive listening, inquiring, unconditional positive regard and reasonable mutual emotion
