芦荟排毒胶囊通便作用的动物实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究芦荟排毒胶囊对小鼠的通便功能作用。[方法]将120只昆明雄性小鼠根据体重随机分为小肠运动实验组和排便实验组,每大组60只,随机分为模型对照组、空白对照组、低(0.24 g/kg.bw)、中(0.48 g/kg.bw)、高(1.44 g/kg.bw)剂量组。用蒸馏水溶解芦荟排毒胶囊受试样品进行灌胃,模型、空白对照组给予蒸馏水。小鼠连续灌胃10 d后进行小肠运动实验和排便实验,测定小鼠小肠的墨汁推进率、排首粒黑便时间和5 h内粪便粒数和重量。[结果]各剂量组的墨汁推进率均高于便秘模型对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);各剂量组的首粒黑便时间与便秘模型对照组比较均显著缩短(P<0.01);中、高剂量组粪便粒数均显著多于便秘模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]芦荟排毒胶囊具有通便功能。[Objective]To explore the effect of capsulae Aloes in relieving constipation and defecating feces excretion.[Methods]Species of 120 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into small intestine movement group and defecating group, each group was 60 and divided into model group, control group, low（0. 24 g/kg ·bw）, middle （0.48 g/kg· bw）,high（1.44 g/kg · bw） dose groups. Low,middle,high dose groups were given the different doses of capsulae Aloes after dissolution by distilled water for 10 days,control group and model group were given distilled water. The percentage of ink propellant in small intestine was tested, the time first which black feces were expelled, the number and the weight of mouse feces within 5 hours were observed. [Results]Each dosage in small intestine movement group could significantly increase the percentage of propellant in small intestine of constipated model mice（ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01） ;compared with constipated model group,the time of defecation of first black feces were significant shorten in each dosage group（P〈0. 01） ;the number of feces was higher than model group in middle and high dosage group（ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Capsulae Aloe has the function of defecating feces excretion.
