2006～2008年盐城市盐都区部分人群艾滋病病毒感染检测分析

摘　　要：[目的]掌握盐城市盐都区不同人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染状况，了解艾滋病的流行现状及特征，为艾滋病监测和防治工作提供依据。[方法]对2006-2008年盐都区部分人群抗-HIV检测结果进行分析。[结果]2006～2008年合计检测各种人群血清9559份．确认抗-HIV阳性12例，阳性率为0．13％，其中l例艾滋病病例（外出务工者，已死亡）。12例抗-HIV阳性者中．外来婚嫁人员3例（阳性率0．18％），艾滋病咨询自愿检测者3例（阳性率0．17％）．女性性服务者1例（阳性率0．21％），男男性接触者1例（阳性率0．82％），男性外出务工人员1例（阳性率0．03％），抗-HIV阳性者配偶及子女3例（阳性率18．75％）；男性4例（阳性率0．10％）．女性8例（阳性率0．14％）；11例抗-HIV阳性者为性接触传播，1例为母婴垂直传播。[结论]盐都区目前属于艾滋病散发区，性行为传播是主要传播途径。[Objective]To master HIV infection situation in different groups of people in Yandu district of Yancheng,understand the prevalence, present situation and characters of AIDS infection and provide the basis for supervision, prevention and control of AIDS. [Methods]The detected results of anti-HIV among the part groups o[ people in Yandu District from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed.[Results]Totally 9 559 persons＇serum samples were detected and 12 were confirmed positive,with a positive rate of 0. 13%. there were one AIDS patient（the outworker who has been dead）,Among the 12 positives, three cases of external married people, accounting for 0.18 %, three cases of VCTs, accounting for 0.17 %, one case of female sexual worker, accounting for 0.21% ,one case of male homosexual, accounting for 0.82 %,one case of male outworkers,accounting for 0.03%, three cases were the positive HIV antibody patients＇spouses and child, accounting for 18.75%. There were four male, with a positive rate of 0.10 %, eight female, with a positive rate of 0. 14 %, and eleven were infected through sexual contact,one through vertical transmission from mother to child. [Conclusion] Yandu district is a sporadic area of AIDS at present, the sexual contact is the main route of transmission.
