摘　　要：[目的]了解潍坊市城乡初级中学艾滋病健康教育现状,以便制定科学防治措施。[方法]2008年12月,在潍坊市按照经济收入高低抽取高密市、昌邑市和临朐县,分别抽取城区、乡镇初中各1所,每所学校抽取1名健康教育教师及各年级1个班的学生进行调查。[结果]调查1051人,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为92.19%。艾滋病防治知识知晓率,高密市为95.88%,昌邑市为82.18%,临朐县为97.86%(P<0.01);初一学生为88.04%,初二学生为89.08%,初三学生为96.20%(P<0.01);城区初中生为94.88%,乡镇初中学生为88.56%(P<0.01)。调查学校的6名健康教育教师均接受过艾滋病防治知识培训,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为100.00%。[结论]潍坊市在初级中学开设艾滋病健康教育课,在校学生具有较高的艾滋病防治知识水平。[Objective]To understand the status of AIDS health education in urban and rural junior high schools in Weifang in 2008, provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention. [Methods]Investigation was conducted among 1 health education teacher and the students from 1 class of each grade of 1 junior high school from urban and rural of Gaomi,Changyi city and Linqu county respectively in December 2008. [Results]Of the 1 051 students investigated, the understanding rate of AIDS knowledge was 92.19%. The understanding rate was 95. 88%,82.18% and 97.86% in Gaomi,Changyi and Linqu respectively （ P〈0.01）,88.04% ,89.08% and 96.20% in the students of grade 1,2 and 3 of junior high schools（P〈0.01）. It was 94.88% in the students of urban junior high schools and 88.56% in the students of rural junior high schools（ P〈0.01）. All the six health education teachers investigated were trained on AIDS knowledge and the understanding rate of AIDS knowledge was 100.00 %. [Conclusion]The understanding rate of AIDS knowledge was high among students in junior high schools in Weifang after AIDS health education was conducted in schools.
