2007年某区蓄电池企业铅职业病危害现状调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解某区蓄电池企业铅作业场所铅污染状况及对作业工人健康的影响。[方法]2007年6月,在惠州市惠阳区2家蓄电池厂的铅作业场所进行空气中铅浓度检测,对286名作业工人进行体检及血铅测定。[结果]采集具有代表性工作地点的铅尘样品15份、铅烟样品14份,铅浓度超过国家职业接触限值的11份,超标率为37.86%。检查铅作业工人268人,头晕31例,血红蛋白减低20例,疲乏无力18例,食欲不振12例,便秘8例,腹部隐痛6例,失眠4例,腹胀2例;血铅含量超标率为55.22%,其中甲企业(180人)为58.33%,乙企业(88人)为48.86%(P>0.05)。[结论]2家企业工作场所铅浓度超标严重,铅作业工人的健康已受到一定的影响。[Objective]To understand the pollution in lead workplaees of the Battery enterprises in a certain district and its influence on the workers＇health. [Methods]The air concentrations of lead in the workplace of 2 lead storage battery factory were tested,and a medical examination and determination of blood lead for 286 of workers exposed to lead were conducted in June 2007 in Huizbou district. [Resuits]Among 15 lead dust samples and 14 lead smoke samples of 2 workplace which had typical situation, the concentration of 11 ones exceeded the national occupational exposure limit, the excess standard rate was 37.86%. 268 of lead-exposed workers were examined,and the results turned out to be：S1 cases of dizziness, 20 cases of lower hemoglobin, 18 cases of inability to fatigue, 12 cases of loss of appetite,8 cases of constipation, 6 cases of abdominal pain,4 cases of Insomnia,2 cases of abdominal distension ; the excess standard rate of blood lead content was 55.22% ,of which a enterprise（180 people） was 58.33% ,B Enterprises（88 people） was 48.86% （ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]The concentration of lead exceeded the standard seriously in workplace of 2 enterprise. The health of workers exposed to lead has been affected to a certain extent.
