摘  要:为提高资源回收率、延长矿井服务年限,梅河煤矿四井计划采用露天开采方式对急倾斜特厚煤层(12煤)的浅部露头煤柱进行回收。针对露天、井工同时开采是否会相互影响,并造成水灾隐患的问题,进行了针对性的覆岩破坏观测与探测工作。通过研究认识到,露天开采区域处于井工开采的采动影响范围之外,井工采区开采不影响露天采区。另一方面,松散砂砾含水层已经基本疏干,留设露头煤柱已经没有必要;EH-4物探结果表明旧采空区经过20余a的压实,已经属隔水层,可以作为保护层;露天开采对井工开采不形成水灾隐患;实测的导水裂缝带高度为218.16m,最小防水安全煤柱高度258.16m,实际井工开采工作面与露天开采区之间的煤岩柱高度为340m。综合评价认为,露天开采不会对井工开采造成水害影响,认为露天开采是可行的。In order to improve the recovery rate of resources and extend the service life of mine, the Fourth Well of Meihe Coal Mine plans to use open-pit mining on the shallow outcrops of coal pillars in steep thick seam ( 12 seam). For the problem of the hidden danger floods that may be caused by using open-pit and well mining at the same time, the specific observation and detection of overlying rocks damage have been worked. Through research we know that open-pit mining area is at the outside of the impact scope of well mining and is not affected by the latter. In addition, the loose sand and gravel aquifer has basically been reduced to be dry and remaining outcrops of coal pillars is not necessary. According to the geophysical prospecting of the EH-4, the old mined-out area has become a high resistant area after more than 20 years and can separate the water as a protective layer. Open-pit mining will not bring about flood risk to well mining. The height of the water crack band measured 218.16m and the smallest waterproof safety pillar is 258.16 m. The height between the actual well mining face and the open-pit mining area is 340 m. After comprehensive evaluation, the conclusion is that open-pit mining will not result in flood to well mining and open-pit mining is feasible.
