摘  要:通过对某高压电瓷厂间歇式电瓷窑炉的热平衡测试,分析了窑炉烧成曲线、各时段燃料燃烧的化学反应放热、烟气及炉壁的热损失;计算了窑炉的各项热收入和热支出的数量和百分比,获得了间歇式电瓷窑炉在整个供热周期内热平衡收支情况;指出了间歇式窑炉的节能潜力和节能方向,并针对窑炉存在能源损失较大的问题,提出了通过应用富氧燃烧技术和余热回收利用来降低烟气热损失,合理选择保温材料、使用新型涂层材料降低窑体热损失。Through the thermal balance test based on a high tension insulator factory's batch-type elec- tro porcelain kiln, analyze the electro porcelain kiln's firing-curve, each firing period fuel's chemical reaction heat,fume and fire wall's thermal losses, calculate electro porcelain kiln's each heat input and output magnitude as well as percentage,obtain batch-type electro porcelain kiln heat input and output's balanced relation and thermal balance situation during the whole heat period, point out batch-type electro porcelain kiln's energy saving potential and orientation, then aiming at kiln's large energy losing, provide the application of oxygen-rich combustion technology and waste heat recovery use to reduce flue gas heat loss, choose reasonable insulation material and use the new coating material to reduce kiln body heat loss. Offer the theory evidence for enterprise planning energy saving steps, achieving" energy-saving and emission reduction".
