摘　　要：针对目前油库管理中存在的问题和实际需求,设计并实现了一个油库实时安全监控及信息管理系统。提供了一种基于.NET平台,利用3层架构、多线程和泛型等概念开发此类系统的方法和思路。对系统的拓扑结构、主要功能、核心算法及关键技术进行了描述。结果表明,该系统效果良好,运行稳定,达到了对油库进行综合管理的目的。Aiming at the current management problems and the actual demand of oilcan, an oilcan realtime safety monitoring and information management system based on . NET is designed and implemented. A new method based on the platform of. NET to develop real-time safety monitoring and information management system using the three-tier design mode, multithreading and generics is presented. In addition, the system topology, main functions, core algorithm and some key technologies are described. The result shows the system is effective, stable and achieves the purpose of the oilcan integrated management.
