摘　　要：重症肌无力作为现代医学病症与祖国传统医学的痿证相比既有区别又有一定的联系,通过搜集整理二者在病因病机和临床表现等方面的文献资料并加以比较归纳可以将二者鉴别之。Myasthenia gravis as a disorder of Western medicine and flaccidity syndrome as a disorder of Traditional Chinese Medicine is connected to as well as distinct with each other.Through gathering,analyzing and comparing the literatures of myasthenia gravis and flaccidity syndrome on pathogenesis and clinical manifestation,we can identify them.
