脑卒中后早期应用电针治疗对偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期应用电针治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复的影响。方法:将98例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。两组患者均在常规治疗基础上进行早期康复,治疗组同时配合电针治疗,疗程2个月。结果:两组患者上肢运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分均有显著提高;但治疗组更优于对照组。结论:早期康复治疗结合电针对促进偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能恢复有明显效果,宜在脑卒中早期广泛使用。Objective： To explore effect of electro-acupuncture to upper-limbmovement function in hemiplegia patients with stroke in early stage. Methods： 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in two groups were given early rehabilitation treatment based on regular treatment. Patients in treatment group were given electro-acupuncture at the same time.Treatment course was 2 months. Results ： Scores of Fugl-Meyer of upper-limb movement function in two groups were increased significantly. Scores in treatment group were higher than that in control group. Conclusion： There is significance in electro-acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation to upper-limb movement function in hemiplegia patients.
