摘　　要：目的:研究注射用喜炎平的药理作用。方法:进行了体内抗菌试验,解热试验,抗炎试验及止咳试验。结果:注射用喜炎平对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌感染小鼠有明显的保护作用,其ED50分别为389.2mg/kg、475.9mg/kg;有明显的解热、抗炎作用;对枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽次数有明显抑制作用。结论:注射用喜炎平具有清热解毒,抗菌消炎,止咳的药理作用。Objective：To investigate the pharmacologic action of XiYanPing for injection.Methods：We studied the antibacterial in vivo test, fever-relieving test, anti-inflammatory test and antitussive test.Results： XiYanPing for injection had remarkable effect on mice.infected by SA and SP and the ED50s of it given.by.i.v were 389.2mg/kg,475.9mg/kg respectively;It had significantly anti-inflammatory effects and fever-relieving effects.XiYanPing for injection had obvious antitussive effect guinea-pig cough induced by citric acid, becouse it can reduced the.frequence ofeou.gh：Conclusions：Xi Yan Ping for injection has remarkable effects of clearing heat and toxic,antibacterial and antl-inflammation, antitussive.
