摘 要:利用可视化的微观光刻模型,通过显微观察和录像手段,直接观测了自发乳化驱油方法驱替水驱后的柱状残余油、岛状残余油、膜状残余油和盲端残余油时发生的现象,详细研究了自发乳化驱油方法提高原油采收率的微观机理,即:减小毛管力、界面扰动"拉油"、弹性变形"挤油"、降低界面张力和乳化液滴通过堵塞孔喉提高波及系数等,进一步完善了自发乳化驱油方法理论体系。Visual microscopic model system was used for oil displacement, the microscopic mechanism of spontaneous emulsification flooding was studied on the basis of analyzing the video of flooding prismatic residual oil, island residual oil, residual oil film and residual oil in dead-end after water flooding. The study shows that the main microscopic mechanisms of flooding all kinds of residual oils obtained can reduce capillary pressure, oil was pulled by interfacial disturbance to force out oil via elasticity of emulsions, ultra-low interfacial tension and emulsion drop are reduced by plugging pore throat and improving sweeping effect, by which e the theoretical system of spontaneous emulsification flooding method is further perfected.
