摘 要:针对YMX油田第三系油藏物性及地层出砂特点,研究并试验了端部脱砂压裂及配套技术。采用全三维压裂模拟技术优化压裂规模(裂缝长度在40m,最佳裂缝导流能力0.4~0.6μm2.m),应用转向剂控高技术有效控制缝高防止压穿水层;快速返排、地层预处理等配套技术有效保证压裂效果。现场试验4口井施工成功率100%,单井由3.6t/d增产到12.8t/d,有效期超过24个月,有效解决了油井单井产量低和地层出砂问题,对同类疏松砂岩储层改造技术的应用是一个很好的借鉴。In allusion the physical property of Tertiary Reservoir and characteristics of sand production in YMX Oilfield, the matching techniques for sand fallout and fracturing at the end of sandstone were studied and tested. A full 3D fracturing simulation method was used to optimize the its fracturing (fracture length of 40m, the optimal fracture conductance ability being 0.4~0.6μm2·m). Technique of height control with diverting agent is used to effectively prevent water zones to be fractured. The effect of fracturing was guaranteed by using the matching technique of rapid backflow, pretreatment of formation. The method is used in 4 wells with 100% success rate, single well production rate is raised to 12.8t/d from 3.6t/d. the validate period is 24 months. The problems of low production and sand production are effectively solved in a single well.
