摘　　要：ISC3大气污染物扩散模型核心算法是美国环保总署(EPA)提出一种算法,它包括ISCLT3长期模型和ISCST3短期模型。目前这种模型在世界范围内广泛应用,特别是在区域大气环境综合评价中,使用该模型可以得到与真实环境较为接近的值,这里基于该模型得到一系列算法。The core math. algorithm of 15C3 air pollution spread model is a new thoery by EPA,it includes ISCLT3 long-term model and ISCST3 short-term model.This model is used widely in the world at present,especially in the synthetical evaluate of area air environment,use the model will get the result that closes to the result of the true environment,this article introduces the most common use of ISC3 system comprehensive.
