抑制素基因免疫京白鸡后在卵巢组织中的表达

摘　　要：为了了解用融合表达质粒DNA免疫后,外源DNA在卵巢组织中的表达情况,探讨基因免疫的安全性,在pC IS免疫京白鸡后,取卵巢组织,用免疫组织化学的方法检测切片中是否有抑制素基因表达(即是否有阳性点的存在)。结果发现,在卵巢组织切片中,实验组和对照组均无阳性点。抑制素基因免疫后,经过长时间的代谢,京白鸡的卵巢组织中无外源抑制素表达。In order to study the expression of foreign genes in ovaries immunized with inhibin gene recombinant plasmid, and the safety of gene immunization, the ovaries of Jingbai chicken immunized with inhibin gene vaccine were harvested and sectioned. Sections were stained to detect the expression of inhibin with immunohitochemical analysis . The results showed that there were not any positive staining in the tissues from both the experimental and control groups. And no foreign inhibin was expressed in ovary tissues .
