摘　　要：本文从村镇银行内涵和功能定位出发,以当前重庆市农村金融需求特征和现实融资困境为背景,分析重庆市村镇银行发展的现状与发展过程中可能会遇到的问题,并就有效发挥重庆村镇银行作用提出了相关的对策和建议。Beginning from the meaning of the village bank,from the point of the current situation,this paper has analyzed the possible problems of village bank in the development of Chongqing City and given some suggestions about playing village bank's role to alleviate the financial difficulty of rural areas in Chongqing City.
