摘 要:[目的]大花蕙兰快速繁殖体系的建立。[方法]以茎尖和带有侧芽的茎段作为外植体,研究不同培养基对大花蕙兰原球茎诱导和增殖的影响。[结果]结果表明,大花蕙兰茎尖的原球茎诱导率高于侧芽,原球茎诱导的培养基为1/2MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA+1.0%芦荟汁;原球茎增殖培养基为1/2MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA+150 g/L香蕉泥+1.0%芦荟汁;"井"字形切割(底部不分开)是原球茎增殖较为理想的切割方式。[结论]该研究结果可为建立大花蕙兰大规模工厂化育苗体系提供依据。[ Objective ] The purpose of this research was to found the tissure culture and rapid propagation system of Cymbidium hybridium. [ Method] Effects of d;.fferent mediums on inducement and multiplication of C. hybridium protocorms, using shoot tips and stem sections as explants, were investigated. [ Result ] The results showed that inducing percentage of the shoot tips was higher than that of stem sections, the optimal medium for inducing C. hybridium protocorm was I/2MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 1.0% aloe juice. The optimal medium for the multiplication of protocorms was I/2MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 150 g/L banana mud + 1.0% aloe juice. Cutting like-"#" in the upper part of protoeorm was the optimal cutting method for multiplication of protocorms. [ Conclusion ] This reseach will provide scientific references for factory-scale nursery system of C. hybridium.
