摘　　要：介绍了菌影制备、裂解效果测定与装载的方法和菌影的作用,阐述了菌影及其导向系统的应用前景。Introduced the methods of preparation, lytic effect determination and foreign antigen filling of bacterial ghost and its effect, summarized the application prospect of bacterial ghost and its guiding system.
