摘  要:[目的]探讨稀土La3+对低温胁迫下冬小麦幼苗抗氧化酶活性的调节作用。[方法]以冬小麦永良4号为试材,设置5个浓度梯度的镧(5、10、20、30、40 mg/kg)分别喷施小麦幼苗,采用模拟低温冷害试验法,研究低温胁迫下La3+对冬小麦幼苗叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性的调节作用。[结果]在La3+处理的7 d内和0、5、10℃3种低温条件下,冬小麦的SOD活性均随温度的降低而明显上升,并随着La3+处理天数的增加,呈先上升后下降的趋势;POD和CAT的活性随胁迫温度的降低和La3+处理天数的增加,也呈先升后降趋势。低温胁迫的冬小麦经20 mg/kg浓度La3+处理后,其幼苗体内SOD、CAT和POD酶活性均比对照有所提高。[结论]适当浓度(20mg/kg)La3+处理能诱导冬小麦幼苗对低温胁迫产生抗性,提高冬小麦抗寒能力。[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the regulation action of La^3+ in rare earth on the antioxidant enzyme activity of winter wheat seedlings under low-temperature stress. [ Method ] With the winter wheat variety Yongliang 4 as the tested material, 5 conch, grads of La^3+ at 5, I0, 20, 30 and 40 mg/kg were set up to spray the wheat seedlings. The test method of simulating the low temperature chilling injury was used to study the regulatory effects of La^3+ on SOD, POD and CAT activities in the leaves of winter wheat seedlings. [ Result] In the 7 d of La^3+ treatment and in the treatment with low temperature at 0, 5 and 10℃, SOD activity in winter wheat was increased remarkably with the decrease of temperature and showed a trend of fwst rising and then falling with the La^3+ treatment days. CAT and POD activities also showed a trend of first rising and then falling with the decrease of stress temperature and the increase of La^3+ treatment days. After the winter wheat was treated with La^3+ at 20 mg/kg under low-temperature stress, SOD, POD and CAT activities in the seedlings were higher than that in CK. [ Conclusion] Treatment with suitable concn. (20 mg/kg) of La^3+ could induce the winter wheat seedlings to produce the resistance against low-temperature stress, which was beneficial to increasing the cold hardiness in wheat.
