河南省国土整治管理体制探究

摘　　要：阐述了国土整治及其管理体制的概念,分析了目前河南省国土整治管理体制存在的问题,并提出了相关对策。The state-owned land consolidation and rehabilitation and the definition of the management system were expounded. The existing problems of present management system of state-owned land consolidation and rehabilitation in Henan Province were analyzed. And some related eountermeasured were put forward.
