北林区绿色食品再生产存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：黑龙江省绥化市北林区是受寒地黑土资源退化、财政拮据、经济落后等不利因素影响的农业区,其发展绿色食品再生产过程中存在诸多问题,需采取如保护寒地黑土资源、鼓励农民开展土壤改良、推广测土配方施肥技术、建立和完善绿色食品生产基地相关配套设施等措施来加以解决。Beilin District of Suihua City in Heilongjiang Province is the agricultural area that is being influenced by many adverse factors, such as the degradation of the black soil resources of the frigid area , financial constraints, and the backward economic development. There were a lot of problems in the process of green food reproduction. In order to solve this problem, some related supplementary measures should be taken, such as protecting the black soil resources of the frigid area, encouraging farmers to launch out soil improvement, spreading soil testing formula fertilization technique, establisingh and perfecting the green food production bases.
