摘  要:通过计算机控制步进电机的工作,带动力传感器和位移传感器采集喷油泵校正器的力信号和位移信号。采用小波消噪并剔除异常点等数据处理的方式以得到平稳的信号。再进一步的处理,可以得到很好的测量曲线,从而能够精确求出喷油泵校正器的预紧力和校正行程。在生产实践中的应用效果良好,因此具有很重要的理论价值和现实意义。The thesis controls stepping motor with computer to drive the force sensor and displacement sensor to collect force signal and displacetnent signal of fuel injection pumps eorrector. Stable signals can be obtained through scale conversion, filtering and getting rid of unusual points. A very good measurement curve can be obtained. Two functions important index on fuel injection pumps corrector, fuel injection pumps pre-tightening force and correcting process has been gained successfully and it was applied to practice with good results, so it was very important in theoretical value and practical meaning.
