艾克清胶囊体外抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察艾克清胶囊对人肺腺癌细胞(A549)、食管癌细胞(Eca9706)增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用A549细胞及Eca9706细胞为实验对象,用四氮唑(MTT)法检测二者的生存率,用公式计算细胞抑制率,在倒置显微镜下观察二者的细胞形态学改变。结果:①艾克清胶囊能显著抑制A549细胞及Eca9706细胞的增殖,并且有显著的量效关系。②艾克清胶囊低剂量对A549细胞的增殖抑制与对照组相比有一定的抑制作用,但无统计学意义,其对细胞的形态学有一定的影响;在低剂量下,Eca9706细胞增殖速度较快;③艾克清胶囊高剂量能显著影响A549细胞的形态,有直接杀死此两种肿瘤细胞的作用。结论:艾克清胶囊对A549细胞及Eca9706细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用。抑制机制可能是通过影响细胞的增殖周期或促进了细胞的死亡。Objective：To observe the effect of Ai Keqing Capsule in inhibiting the proliferation of A549 cell and Eca9706 cell.Methods： Experiments were made on A549 cell and Eca9706 cell.MTT was used to test the survival rate of A549 cell and Eca9706 cell.The rate od cellular inhibition was calculated by formula and their morphological changes were observed under the inverted microscope.Results： 1.Ai Keqing Capsule could obviously inhibit the proliferation of A549 cell and Eca9706 cell,and there was a remarkable quantty-effect relationship.2.The medicine of a low dosage had certain effects in inhibiting the proliferation of A549cell in contrast to the control group,but without statistical significance.Eca9706 proliferation in a quicker speed when the dosage was low.3.The high dosage of the medicine could kill two kinds of tumor cell directly.Conclusion：Ai Keqing Capsule had obvious effects in inhibiting the proliferation of A549 cell and Eca9706 cell.the inhibition mechanism is that it may accelerate the death of the cell by affecting their proliferation period.
