摘 要:研究了2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-磺丙氨基苯酚(TASPAP)与铜离子的显色反应。试剂与铜离子在pH5.6的Clark—Lubs缓冲溶液中形成2:1的稳定紫红色络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长λmax在552nm处,铜质量浓度在0~2.00mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε552为4.58×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1。纯铝或铝合金经过盐酸溶解、双氧水氧化和氨水沉淀分离出铜离子,采用氟化钠掩蔽高铁离子,测得铜的含量与1-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-2-羟基-3-萘甲酸法所得结果一致,相对标准偏差在2.3%~2.6%;水样中微量铜的测定,加标回收率为98.0%~101.6%。The chromogenic reaction of 2-(2-thiazolylazo)-5-sulfopropylaminophenol (TASPAP) with copper (Ⅱ) in aqueous solution was studied. Cu^2+ could react with TASPAP, forming a stable purple complex at pH 5.6. The maximum absorption peak of this complex lay at 552 nm and its ε552 = 4.58 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-2.0 mg/L Cu^2+. Pure aluminum or aluminum alloy samples was dissolved in HCl When H2O2 and NH3 · H2O were added to the sample solution,Cu^2+ forms a precipitation to separate Cu^2+ The inference from Fe^3+ was masked by NaF solution. The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of copper in aluminieem alloy and the result was in agreement with those of 1-(2-benzothiazolylazo)-2-hydroxy-3-naphthoie acid speetrophotometry. The relative standard deviation was 2.3 % to 2.6 %, and the recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 98. 0%-101.6% in water samples.
