摘　　要：施工阶段是建筑物产品形成的一个关键阶段,为了实现建筑可持续发展,要大力发展绿色建造技术。介绍了绿色施工在我国的研究发展现状和绿色施工技术的评价方法,并提出了发展绿色建造技术的对策。The construction stage is a critical phase in the formation of the building.In order to achieve architecture sustainable development, it is necessary to vigorously develop green construction technology.The paper introduces research and development present situation and the evaluation methods of green construction evaluation methods,and puts forward the countermeasure of the green construction technology development.
