摘　　要：在界定公共体育场馆改制的概念的基础上,从实践的需要和宏观政策取向的需要两个方面阐述我国公共体育场馆改制的必要性。以公共管理学和经济学中的公共物品供给理论为基础分析我国公共体育场馆改制在理论上的可行性,通过对国外公共体育场馆的经营管理体制和我国其他行业系统的事业单位改制的描述论证我国公共体育场馆改制在实践中的可行性,通过分级改制和分类改制概念的提出论证我国公共体育场馆改制在操作上的可行性。Based on the definition of reform of public sport stadium＇s concept,this paper expounds the necessity of reform of public sport stadium in regard to the practical needs and the macroeconomic policy orientation. As for the feasibility, it is analyzed through the thesis of public goods supply. By means of the management system of public sport stadium abroad and the reform of institutions in China, it supports the feasibility in practice; and according to grading and classification reforming, it puts forward the operational feasibility of reform of public sport stadia in China.
