摘　　要：运用文献资料、实证分析、逻辑分析和数理统计等研究方法,分析辽宁竞技体育优势项目、潜优势项目的现状,探究影响和制约其可持续发展的主要因素,针对辽宁竞技体育优势项目、潜优势项目可持续发展的态势,提出创新高水平运动员的激励机制,完善高水平后备人才的培养模式,构建辽宁竞技体育优势项目、潜优势项目的科技支撑体系等促进辽宁竞技体育优势项目、潜优势项目可持续发展的对策。By the methods of documentary review, demonstration analysis, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the present situation of athletics sports of superiority items and latent superiority items in Liaoning and the primary factors restricting these items＇ sustainable development. Then it proposes sustainable development measures to promote athletics sports of superiority items and latent superiority items in Liaoning. They are： innovating the inspiring mechanism for elite athletes; consummating the cultivation mode of high level reserved talents; constructing the scientific support system of athletics sports of superiority items and latent superiority items in Liaoning.
