摘　　要：随着校园信息化建设的日益深入,IT服务必将发挥越来越重要的作用。本文结合ITIL的理论和我校的具体情况,提出了信息服务管理的模型、系统逻辑和具体策略,具有较好的可操作性,目前正在组织具体的实施工作。With the development of construction of information technology, on-campus IT service is bound to play an increasingly important role. By ITIL theory and the specific situation of our school, this paper puts forward a mode of management, the logic of the system and specific strategies. The project has good maneuverability and is currently in the implementation.
