摘 要:目的建立银黄注射液中绿原酸、黄芩苷和黄芩素的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为318nm,流速为1.00mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果绿原酸、黄芩苷和黄芩素进样量分别在0.203~3.248μg,2.166~34.656μg,8.008×10-3~160.16×10-3μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)分别为96.98%,97.74%,96.64%。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于银黄注射液的质量控制。Objective To study and establish a HPLC method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and scutellarin in Yinhuang Injection. Methods Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used at 25 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitile-0. 1% phosphoric acid with gradient elntion, the detection wavelength was at 318 nm, the flow rates was 1.00 mL/min. Results The calibration curve of chlorogenie acid, baicalin and scutellarin were linear over the range of 0.203-3.248 μg, 2. 166-34.656 μg, 8. 008 × 10^-3 - 160. 16 × 10^-3 μg respectively. The average recovery rates were 96.98% , 97.74% , 96. 64% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, effective with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang Injection.
