国产环氧沥青混合料性能试验及在桥面铺装中的应用

摘　　要：结合工程实例介绍国产环氧沥青材料系列产品在水泥混凝土桥面的应用。根据混凝土桥面铺装原材料及粘结层的技术指标及要求,对国产环氧沥青混合料进行组成设计以及相关性能试验,并与几种常用的铺装材料进行比较。研究表明,国产环氧沥青混合料及国产环氧沥青粘结料是性能优异的混凝土桥面铺装材料。结合该工程简述了国产环氧沥青混凝土铺装的施工要点。Combined with engineering projects, serial products of multi-component epoxy asphalt material which has been used in cement concrete bridge surfacing are introduced. According to the technical indexes and requirements of surfacing raw material and adhesive layer on cement concrete bridge, the mixture design and related performance tests of multi-component epoxy asphalt have been made and the test results have been compared with commonly used surfacing materials. The results show that multi-component epoxy asphalt has good performance as surfacing material of cement concrete bridge. Construction points of multi-component epoxy asphalt concrete are briefly introduced.
