摘 要:目的探讨双源CT冠状动脉血管成像技术中生理盐水灌洗速率对主动脉和冠状动脉增强效果的影响。方法纳入行双源CT冠状动脉血管成像检查的120名连续性患者作为研究对象,按检查顺序将其分成5组,每组24人。每位患者团注对比剂完成后(总量65ml,速率5ml/s,优维显370mg I/ml)均用50ml生理盐水进行灌洗,每组速率分别设定为4ml/s、5ml/s、6ml/s、7ml/s、8ml/s。测量每位患者主动脉根部、左冠前降支、左冠回旋支及右冠状动脉的强化CT值,并对各组所测CT值进行统计学分析。结果被监测血管内对比剂浓度高低受生理盐水灌洗速率的影响,主动脉在盐水灌洗速率达到5ml/s时所测CT值较高,而冠状动脉则在速率达到5-6ml/s时所测CT值较高。结论双源CT冠状动脉血管成像技术中,生理盐水灌洗速率为5-6ml/s时主动脉和冠状动脉强化效果最佳。Objective To investigate the effect of speed of saline infusion on enhancement of dual-source CT coronary angiography Methods 120 patients examined with dual-source CT coronary angiography were divided into 5 groups. Patients were irrigated with saline water 50ml after pouring contrast medium. The speed of saline infusion was 4ml, 5ml, 6ml,7ml and 8ml/s in each group, respectivley. The aortic root, anterior descending branch, circumflex branch and right coronary artery were observed with CT. Results Speed of irrigation has an effect on density of constrast medium, CT value of arteriae aorta and CT value of coronary artery, which were highest when the speed reach 5ml/s. Conclusion The suitable speed of saline infusion is is 5-6 ml/s in dual-source CT coronary artery angiography.
