西部矿业特色优势学科人才培养模式分析

摘　　要：从高等教育人才培养必须服务于国家经济发展需要的高度出发,针对目前国内外著名大学有关矿业工程特色优势学科的建设情况,结合我校矿业学科在西部高等教育中的地位和作用,深入分析了其优势与特色,提出了西部矿业特色优势学科人才培养模式管理的新内涵和新措施;以实施质量工程为契机不断深化本科教学体制改革,为全面提高本科教学水平提供了有效途径。Proceeding from the external fact that talents training of higher education must meet the need of national economic development, the features and superiority of the mining engineering subject are discussed fully, combined with the status and function of mining engineering in higher education in western regions. On the basis of the present conditions of the subject construction of mining engineering in famous domestic and overseas universities, the connotation of the new manage and the effective measures on talents training pattern of the western mining engineering characteristic subject are put forward. The efficient approach is offered for improving undergraduate course teaching level based on the quality engineering implementation and undergraduate course teaching system reform.
