摘　　要：基于移动终端(手机)短信息的铁路票务高度管理系统结合移动网络、固定网络、手机银行及POS(Point of sales)机核对原理构成一个综合性的系统。通过对目前的火车票管理系统的分析,提出基于GSM短消息(SMS,shortmessage service)的票务高度系统及实施方案,从而可以有效地解决目前铁路客运票务管理机制的众多不足。根据实际用户需要,给出了完整的系统设计方案。经过调试,该系统运行稳定、数据可靠,而且具有友好的人机界面。The scheduling and managing system of railway tickets, based on the mobile terminal＇ s short message service, is a comprehensive network integrated with mobile networks, fixed networks, mobile-phone banks and checking mechanism of POSs （ Point Of Sales）. Through the analysis of today＇ s railway ticket management system, this paper proposes the scheduling system of railway tickets based on GSM＇ s short message service and a plan for establishing the system in order to solve the problems in today＇ s managing mechanism of railway tickets. The paper presents a complete system design plan in terms of the requirements of its users. Since debugging, the system with friendly man-machine interfaces has proved stable in operation and reliable in data processing.
