摘 要:目的:对广玉兰果实中的脂肪酸成分进行研究。方法:采用索氏提取法从广玉兰果实中提取脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用检测其化学成分。结果:从广玉兰中分离鉴定了12个脂肪酸成分和4个甾醇类成分,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的90.66%。主要为油酸(23.41%)、亚油酸(22.68%)、棕榈酸(16.29%)、硬脂酸(5.69%)、9,19-环羊毛甾-24-烯-3-醇(5.31%)、(3β)-9,19-环羊毛甾-24-烯-3-醇(1.06%)、(3β)-8,24-羊毛甾二烯-3-醇(8.89%)和22,23-二氢豆甾醇(2.24%)。结论:广玉兰果实中所含脂肪酸主要为不饱和脂肪酸,主要脂肪酸是油酸和亚油酸。Objective: To analyze the fatty acids from Magnolia grandifore. Methods: The fatty acids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction, and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Results: Twelve fatty acids and four phytosterol were identified from M. grandifore, amounting to 90.66% of the total constituents. The main components are oleic acid (23.41%), linoleicacid (22.68%), palmitic acid (16.29%), stearic acid (5.69%), 9, 19-Cyclolanost-24-en-3-ol (5. 31%), 3ff9, 19-Cyclolanost-24-en-3-ol (1. 06%), 22, 23-dihydro- Stigmasterol (2.24%) and 3β-Lanosta-8,24-dien-3-ol (8.89%). Conclusion: Unsaturated fatty acids were the main compounds in the fruit of M. grandifore, oleic acid and linoleic acid were the main fatty acids.
